Larry Ingram oversees Region IV as part of his Regional Director role with 色欲AV. This includes the following chapters: , , , , , and .
Ingram is the Civil Regional Leader for Labella Associates in Hoover, Alabama. Prior to being appointed to the 色欲AV Board of Directors, he served as the Alabama Chapter鈥檚 Delegate and on the chapter鈥檚 board of directors for the past 11 years in the roles of Vice President, President-Elect, and President. His 25-year career in public works spans both public and private sectors. Serving in both segments of public works has given a unique perspective on the challenges facing 色欲AV members.
On several occasions, Ingram has spoken on behalf of 色欲AV at conferences and meetings for ACEC-AL to give 色欲AV鈥檚 perspective on national initiatives and legislative issues. Along with ACEC-AL and ASCE-AL, he has participated in legislative days at the Alabama State Capitol to talk with legislators with regards to engineering, infrastructure, and public works priorities. He has also served on several panels to give insights into a career in public works. In support of National Public Works Week, Ingram has been the key point of contact with the Alabama Governor鈥檚 office to obtain a state-level proclamation in observance of NPWW.
He is currently focusing on working at the state level toward beginning of the process of obtaining First Responder recognition for public works personnel. He led the Alabama chapter in receiving its first PACE award in 2024 and worked tirelessly to develop an awards program that is now active in the chapter. Ingram is heavily involved in working toward the betterment of his local community as well, serving as the Treasurer of the Hoover Soccer Club, an Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 93, and as a member of the City of Hoover鈥檚 Board of Zoning Adjustments.
